On March 20, 2018, the bringing of a class action on behalf of Mr. Martin Robichaud against Intrawest ULC was authorised by the Superior Court of Quebec regarding an action to obtain a price reduction and compensatory and punitive damages in order to punish the respondent for its use of prohibited trade practices related to membership in Club Intrawest and a claim relative to costs, the amount of which was not specified in the contract.

If you already instituted an application originating proceeding with the same object as the class action, you are deemed excluded from the Class if the application is not discontinued no later than March 30, 2019.
If you have not already instituted an application originating proceeding with the same object as the class action, you can be excluded from the Class by notifying the office of the Superior Court in the district of Montreal by registered or certified mail no later than March 30, 2019.
The Application alleges that Intrawest ULC failed to inform the Plaintiff and the Class, or made false or misleading representations, about the existence of annual resort fees, of its right of first refusal and of the minimum floor price payable on a possible sale of the points to a third party.
